Well let us start by saying that Reflexology is not a foot massage. A foot massage can be a very relaxing massage but reflexology is a precise holistic complementary therapy. As a complementary therapy Reflexology should not be considered as an alternative to conventional medicine and as an holistic therapy all aspects of the client are treated.
