What is Professional Reflexology?

 Who can join?

Any Reflexologist may join whose qualifications are to level 3 standard (in the UK, or equivalent outside of the UK).

 I am a student. Can I join too?

Yes! Any students  on a level 3 or equivalent course may join;  membership is free, but members listing will only be activated on notification of qualification.

How much does it cost?

At March 2010 the monthly subscription is £6.00GBP (approx $10.00USD). There are also discounts for quarterly (£16.50) and annual (£65) subscriptions.

How do I pay?

Once you have completed the registration form, you will be taken onto the payment page where you can pay.

Is there a set up fee?

None at all.

Is there a minimum length of membership?

No! There is no contract. You join only for the length of time that you wish.

Will my details be passed on?

Never! We operate a stringent privacy policy.

Is PR recognised?

PR complies with the criteria required by voluntary regulatory bodies.

Who is behind PR?

The founders of PR are all qualified reflexologists and tutors with around100 years experience of the therapy.

Can I contribute to the site?

Yes, anybody is more than welcome to submit and article or suggest ideas. If you have an article or would like to share your experiences of reflexology (as a client or professional), then click HERE to do so.

I wrote an article and it didn’t appear?

Sometimes we will hold an article until it fits in with the planned content of the website. Also all articles are subject to editorial approval and on rare occasions we may decide against publication. The editor’s decision is final.

When I have tried to register (alter my profile) I am asked to confirm certain details that the form will not accept.

This rare problem happens very occasionally in Internet Explorer 8, and it is usually associated with the browser itself. If this happens, go to TOOLS >>> OPTIONS, make sure you have cookies ENABLED and clear your browser’s CACHE and TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES. If this doesn’t work, try another browser (eg – Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari etc), or Email us your information at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Will there be a badge available for Professionals?

Yes. When you registration has been accepted and approved we will send you your PR badge!

Can I use initials after my name?

Yes, you may use the initials PRM (Professional Reflexology Member) after your name.

I would prefer not to show my full address in my listing. Is this possible?

Yes. Just go to your PROFILE page and click the CONTACT INFO tab, scroll to the bottom and click NO next to PUBLISH ADDRESS? Remember to click UPDATE after any changes.

I have made some changes to my profile, but they haven’t appeared.

Always remember to click UPDATE after any changes you make.
